WE ARE:
Childplace is a not-for-profit, licensed child-placing agency (LCPA) that is dedicated to giving hope to birth families, adoptive families, and their children. Our agency serves expectant parents and birth families throughout Indiana and Kentucky. We also serve prospective adoptive parents within the continental United States. Since our establishment in 1981, Childplace has facilitated nearly 350 adoptions.
WE BELIEVE:
We believe that every person has inherent worth and value. At Childplace, our clients are treated with respect and compassion. Our staff is professionally trained and we aspire to provide education, resources, and support to expectant and adoptive families through resource management and comprehensive adoption services. We believe that adoption plans are made out of love and that every child is born with a unique design and purpose. It is our desire to walk alongside our clients and empower them to create a plan that is uniquely designed with the best interest of the child in mind.
A Note to Expectant Parents:
Our staff is available 24/7/365 to answer any questions that you may have and listen to your concerns. If you are pregnant and needing assistance, you may text or call (502) 693-5853 to explore your options and discover adoption.
If you would like to meet with a Childplace counselor and do not have transportation, or you would not feel comfortable meeting at our office, our staff will make accommodations to meet at another agreed-upon location. Seeking additional information or meeting with a Childplace counselor does not imply a commitment to an adoption plan or continued services. These meetings will help you to learn more about our services to begin exploring your options.
