A Community-Based Therapist develops and delivers individualized therapeutic treatment plans, using evidence-based best practices to promote positive growth in the various social, emotional, and behavioral needs of the agency's clients. Our services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client’s communities and homes. Clients are referred to the agency by the Indiana Department of Child Services or by Juvenile Probation Departments.
Range of $49,000 to $57,500 based on education and experience, with potential for overtime.
Full and part-time opportunities are available. Contracted work would also be considered. A full-time schedule would include Monday through Friday, predominately first shift hours—with flexibility and adaptability to some degree to the clinician’s preferences. Some evening hours to accommodate clients’ scheduling needs and acute circumstances are expected.
