What we need you to do:
A Residential Treatment Manager is responsible for the case management and coordination of services for clients placed in the agency’s Residential Treatment Program. This role requires the ability to build relationships with the residents, their families, and the other providers involved in their care, including the Family Case Manager or Probation Officer. In collaboration with the clinical treatment team, the RTM is responsible for developing a treatment plan and appropriate interventions that direct care staff can implement for each client.
Benefits and Compensation:
Range of $38,000 to $42,000 based on education and experience.
These are the qualifications we are looking for:
- Master's degree in the field of Human Services OR Bachelor’s degree in the field of Human Services plus two years of experience in the field;
- Thorough working knowledge of treatment issues associated with adolescents and children in out-of-home placements;
- Experience in treatment of children and/or families preferred;
- Ability to learn and carry out Indiana State regulations concerning childcare institutions;
- Professional communication skills and demeanor;
- Ability to exemplify and convey the agency’s values;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
Following an offer of employment, expectations include:
- Background checks
- Basic pre-employment physical with TB skin test
- Motor vehicle report (for Community Based clinicians)

Weekly Schedule:
Full-time opportunity. Typical schedule Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, with periodic evening hours to accommodate client needs or events. Flex time available.
