A Residential Youth Worker (RYW) is responsible for meeting the direct care needs of residents by supervising, assisting, and providing intervention (as needed) for youth (ages 10-20) in one of Childplace’s Residential Treatment programs. RYWs are expected to model positive relationship skills by joining clients in the completion of daily living tasks as well as other recreational and therapeutic activities.
Full and part-time opportunities are available. Second and third shift positions available with some weekend shifts required. Flexible scheduling to accommodate school pursuits or other family and life commitments is offered.
