Community Based Services and Counseling Services Therapist
Leah earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville's Kent School of Social Work. She is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life's challenges.
Leah's journey with Childplace began as a counseling practicum student, where she gained valuable experience and developed a strong connection to the organization's mission. She joined the counseling department as a full-time therapist and enjoys working with clients both in the office and in the community. Leah is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they work toward meaningful growth and healing. Outside of work, Leah enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending time with loved ones.
